Pastor

St. Martin's welcomed Fr. Bill as Pastor in July 2025. Previously, Fr. Bill served as Pastor at Sacred Heart Chapel in Lorain for over 25 years. Early after his ordination in 1988 Father worked in El Salvador as a missionary priest representing the Diocese of Cleveland.

Deacon Bill Perkins

Pastoral Associate

Bill and his wife, Michelle, joined the St. Martin's community over 36years ago. Ordained as a Deacon almost 10 years ago, Deacon Bill now serves the Parish as a full time Pastoral Associate.

Sarah Sidor

Faith Formation Coordinator

As a parishioner for over 20 years, Sarah has served as Catechist, PSR Coordinator, and Extra Ordinary Minister of Holy Communion. Sarah was also appointed as the Wayne-Ashland-Medina Deanery Chair and is a member of the Diocesan Pastoral Council.

People know Cheryl for her welcoming smile that greets you when you enter the St. Martin's office. If you need to know what is happening at St. Martin's, call Cheryl! You will often find Cheryl and her family at events around the Parish and serving as an Extra Ordinary Minister of Holy Communion.

Rosie Strack

Accounts Payable
Rosie and her husband Frank added their gifts to the St. Martin's music ministry via the LifeTeen Masses in the 1990s. She has served the Parish as an invaluable keeper of the finances for the past 15 years. She continues to lend her talents to the St. Martin's Choir and serve as an Extra Ordinary Minister of Holy Communion.

In her almost 70 years as a parishioner of St. Martin's, Joan has served the community in nearly every area. Organist, gardener, CCD Principal and Bingo director to name a few. She is most notably known as the "Chicken Dinner Lady".

Thanks to Theresa, our Parish Facebook and Instagram accounts keep our parishioners well informed. She and her family are known in the community for their annual pop tab collection drive to benefit Ronald McDonald House.

Brenda has been keeping St. Martin's spic and span for over 30 years. She also keeps our worship spaces looking beautiful and lends her talents as Cantor on Saturday evenings. The creative minded can join Brenda as she leads a monthly card making workshop.

Paul Scheiman

Maintenance
& Grounds
As a parishioner for almost 50 years, Paul joined the staff 8 years ago and keeps St. Martin's running like a well-oiled machine. Paul can also be found serving as an Usher on Saturday evenings.
