| Music is a vital part of our liturgies and is truly our "prayer in song". We number
many volunteer Cantors, vocalists, musicians, three part-time musicians and
parish music director. Our ministry takes pride in the music provided for the happy and sorrowful events of our parish life.

Parish Choir
Choir Notes: St. Martins choir will begin singing and practicing on Sunday, September 7. Practice will be at 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. (before and after the 10:30 Mass) every Sunday. The choir will sing at the 10:30 a.m. Mass. The first song we will be practicing is Draw Me Close to You. A list of songs for the next 3 months is available in the choir room this weekend. |

CantorsCantors sing at scheduled Saturday 5pm and Sunday 8am and 10:30am Liturgies. Current Cantor Schedule Light of the World Prayer GroupLight of the World Prayer Group Prayer and Praise meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel. The group consist of guitars and other instruments. The group also does an annual PRAISE IN THE VALLEY CONCERT. JubilationJubilation is a music group at St. Martin of Tours. They sing for scheduled Saturday and Sunday Masses. The group consists of keyboard, bass, guitars and other instruments when available. Glory Beats is a music group at St. Martin of Tours. They sing
and play for scheduled 8:00am Sunday Mass except where noted during the school year. The group
consists of several adult musicians combining with 5th grade to 12 grade
musicians and voices. Starting in the fall of 2006 Glory Beats.
Any one wishing to play with the group can check the bulletin for
practice and mass times or call the parish office for more information.
The St. Martin Band consist of five members who provide music during
the Life Teen program. The group consists of keyboard, bass,
guitar, vocal and drums. The group does scheduled 8:00am mass during the
school year.
